Here at Helen’s Bay Montessori Pre-School, we are proud to be a dedicated and enthusiastic team of educators.
Our small class sizes – never more than 15 children – mean that we can focus the time and individual attention needed to get to know all the children.
Our staff members are passionate about creating the very best learning and development environment.
We are committed to continuing professional development and we make sure that, just like the children, we never stop learning.
All team members are experienced, qualified and thoroughly vetted by Social Services and Access NI. All staff are trained in Child Protection and Paediatric First Aid.
We work closely with parents, providing daily verbal feedback, weekly written feedback and twice yearly meetings.
